In September 2018, during the Annual Conference and Gathering of all Secret Retreats properties owners (which took place on the peaceful Inle Lake, Myanmar), I asked Param Hotel Optimiser to arrange a short seminar. The goal was to inspire our hoteliers and open their mind to new perspective and help them to analyze and assess their properties and the experiences they deliver. The first part of the Seminar was an introduction to understand the importance of the limbic system in the decision making process, which is a totally new marketing approach to “hack the customer’s brain” and the second part was some detailed reviews from “professional travelers” to improve hotel services and guest experiences.
The feedback from the audience was very positive and a real eye opener.
